Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• ✅ Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• ✅ Original packaging must be included.
• ✅ Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Clearance/Sale items
• Used or damaged products caused by the customer

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed through bank transfer where applicable.
