Return and Refund Policy

At Celeora, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you bought — and if you don't, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair toppers, and beauty/personal care items can only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at celeora.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0347-6454385 within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we'll guide you through sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before they are shipped. Contact us immediately if you'd like to cancel.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it at no extra cost. Please share a photo/video of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
